Stimulate the mind. Move the body. Create connection.

Approximately 2–4 hour sessions designed for enjoyment, engagement and companionship — not memory testing.

Wellbeing first

The objective isn’t to test memory.

It’s to stimulate the mind, move the body and create connection and enjoyment. Sessions are shaped around dignity, preference and participation.

We avoid claims that activities prevent, reverse or cure dementia. Our language is about cognitive engagement, wellbeing and quality of life.
